Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Oleksandr Makovetskyi, Kleeblatt 64, 42119 Wuppertal, trading as “Renthelfer”, e-mail: legal@renthelfer.de, Tel. +49 170 9054363) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://renthelfer.de/vertrag-widerrufen. If you use this online function, we will send you without delay, on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail), an acknowledgement of receipt with information on the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.
Withdraw from contractConsequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Payment if services start early
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you informed us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal from this contract, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Loss of the right of withdrawal for services
In the case of contracts for the provision of services, your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, if you expressly agreed before the performance began that we may start performing before the withdrawal period has expired, and you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract. You give this consent and acknowledgement during the ordering process, before payment.
Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if we have begun with the performance of the contract and you have previously expressly consented to us beginning with the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by consenting to the start of the performance of the contract.
